Premium Dispatch Membership
Our Premium Fleet Program is reserved for carrier partners who have demonstrated consistency, professionalism, and reliability while working with Veltra Dispatch. This membership is available by review and is designed to reward long-term partnerships with priority support and premium dispatch services.
Eligibility Requirements
- ✔ Dispatched with Veltra Dispatch for at least 6 months
- ✔ Consistent communication with your dispatcher
- ✔ Good payment history with Veltra Dispatch
- ✔ No unresolved service or claims issues
- ✔ Final approval by the Veltra Dispatch Operations Team and your dedicated dispatcher
Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the Premium Fleet Program. Every application is carefully reviewed by the Veltra Dispatch Operations Team in consultation with your dedicated dispatcher. Together, they evaluate your communication, consistency, professionalism, service history, and overall partnership with Veltra Dispatch to ensure this exclusive program remains available to our most trusted carrier partners.
Review requests are typically processed within one to two business days. If approved, a member of the Veltra Dispatch Operations Team or your dedicated dispatcher will contact you with the next steps.
